Cabernet
ATHESIM FLUMEN
The Cabernet is undoubtedly one of the oldest wines in our wine-making tradition. Of French origin, it has been grown by our winegrowers for over one hundred years. It is ruby red in colour, with orange tints if aged.
This wine has a great personality, and with aging becomes refined and its characteristic grassy, peppery bouquet is mellowed.
It becomes elegant, generous and has the makings of a great wine. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to all types of meat dishes. We recommend opening it a couple of hours before and serving it at a temperature of 18- 20°C.
