One of the traditional grapes of the Trentino finds its ideal environment in the northern areas of Aldeno, which our winegrowers call Rulànder.

The wine made from this grape, after being subjected to cryomaceration is a straw yellow colour with pale green reflections, it has an intense and subtle aroma of quince, pear and apricot.

The taste is full, smooth and persistent. It is an excellent wine for fish and also accompanies first courses, soups and cold meats.

It should be served chilled at a temperature of 12 – 13°C.
